We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist who will serve as the welcoming face of our funeral home. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, organized, and able to handle sensitive situations with grace and professionalism.
Key Duties Include:
-Greet families and visitors with warmth and empathy
-Answer and direct phone calls with clarity and compassion
-Schedule appointments and manage calendars for funeral directors
-Maintain accurate records and assist with documentation
-Coordinate with vendors and service providers
-Keep the reception area clean, calm, and welcoming
-Provide general administrative support to the team
1-2 years of customer service/administrative support work required.
