Responsibilities

1. Work with a "sense of urgency".

2. Create a warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests.

3. Provide professional, courteous and efficient presentation of food and beverage service to all guests.

4. Clean and set up tables in the outlet and perform other food service-related duties, including general cleaning and set up.

5. Stack trays properly for efficient unloading for stewarding and always ensure proper safety standards.

6. Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, restocking items, and completing daily cleaning checklist.

7. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.

8. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures and utilizing cleaning to adhere to health and safety standards.

9. Describe the food items thoroughly to the guests upon delivery.

10. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers to assist in set up and clean-up of tables; restock items and utensils necessary for plating within the respective restaurant.

11. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

The qualifications listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of all food and beverage products are offered and how they are prepared.

Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Strong sense of urgency and organization.

Strong commitment to service.

Great attention to detail.

Solid communication skills.

Ability to work a variety of shifts as will involve days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Strong customer service skills.

Strong interpersonal and team player skills.

Must possess the ability to organize and prioritize.

SUPERVISION

Position functions with supervision.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of food and beverage experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

None required.

UNIFORM REQUIREMENT

Non-Slip Shoes.

Uniform will be provided.

Employees are responsible for maintaining a clean/crisp looking uniform.
