Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Client Office Suite
  • Experience with traditional admin/receptionist activities including handling printers and fax machines

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and perform routine clerical functions
  • Answer telephone, take messages, and respond to routine inquiries
  • Monitor access to facilities and provide courteous service to visitors
  • Open and sort mail, type, file, and perform other clerical tasks
  • Maintain inventory by monitoring supplies and placing orders
  • Set up rooms and programs, including arranging chairs and tables, and staging food & beverages
  • Maintain front desk and perform light kitchen clean-up
