The second shift Housekeeping Associate is responsible for providing a positive first impression for our guests by maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and quickly and effectively assisting with any concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleans and/or polishes all stainless surfaces, glass, acrylic, mirrors, windows, etc.
- Power sweeps, vacuums, dust-damp mops surfaces daily and strips/reseals floors as needed, cleans carpet and upholstery on a scheduled basis.
- Removes trash and recycling daily.
- Cleans, sanitizes, disinfects, and restocks public and employee restrooms and shower areas daily.
- Cleans offices, kitchens, break areas, exhibit routes, and backup areas.
- Provides safe cleanup of bodily waste while strictly adhering to OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens guidelines.
- Transports and stocks supplies and equipment; reports usage for reordering.
- Washes, dries, and puts away laundry daily.
- Executes and maintains Core Values and Service Standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of two years' experience in commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning machinery and chemicals
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques
- Skills and willingness to operate all cleaning machinery
- Capable of repetitive use of hands and body
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as a team or alone when assigned tasks
Part-time, hourly ($15.00/hour); Second shift (Must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday from 3 PM to 10 PM).
