Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the line during service, ensuring food is prepared to standard and plated consistently.
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization.
- Maintain a clean and efficient workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the kitchen team and communicate effectively with BOH and FOH staff.
- Help train and mentor line cooks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of grill, sauté, and fry stations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
