New Coffee Truck Seeking Barista

Job Summary:
As a Barista, youll be the face of the shop. Youll craft drinks with care, engage with customers, and help keep operations running smoothly. Great baristas bring energy, attention to detail, and great customer service to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and take orders
Prepare hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and kid-friendly drinks
Operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinders, brewers, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work areas
Handle transactions using POS system accurately and efficiently
Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies throughout the day
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
Provide a consistent and friendly customer experience

Requirements:
Prior barista or food service experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Attention to detail and commitment to drink quality and cleanliness
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Must be available for early mornings, weekends, or special events as needed
