What youll do

Craft experiences: Prepare delicious espresso drinks and specialty beverages using our signature coffee bean blend while educating guests about coffee.

Be a BBQ ambassador: Share your enthusiasm for our smoked meats and sides, suggest pairings and upsell specials to enhance each guests visit.

Handle transactions: Manage POS and cashregister operations accurately, scan items, collect payments and issue receipts.

Keep it sparkling: Maintain a spotless cafe and checkout area, follow foodsafety protocols and create eyecatching drink displays.

Provide fivestar service: Greet every customer with a warm welcome, resolve questions or issues and ensure they leave happy.

What were looking for

- A true people person who loves engaging with guests and building relationships.
- Passion for coffee and the craft of brewing; willingness to learn our BBQ menu and products.
- Ability to upsell and crosssell food and beverages.
- Experience in a cafe, restaurant or retail environment; comfortable using cash registers and POS systems.
- Strong communication skills, a knack for multitasking and a positive, teamoriented attitude.
- Availability for fulltime or parttime shifts, including evenings and weekends.
