Job Details Moon Rabbit is seeking experienced, knowledgable, and friendly Servers to come join our team! Moon Rabbit is a highly-regarded Vietnamese restaurant situated in the heart of Washington D.C.Our hospitality brand is 'friends and family' and we are seeking individuals who are able to ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed, relaxed, and at home. Moon Rabbit is dedicated to elevating Vietnamese cuisine, and we are looking for Servers with genuine interest in ingredients, food and beverage preparation, and culture.
We are open for dinner service, Monday through Saturday, and are looking for full-time commitment. Key qualifications include:
- Previous experience in fine dining restaurant settings; knowledge of dining etiquette, menu items, wine pairings and service techniques
- Ability to serve and clear food and beverage in an engaging or unobtrusive and professional manner as needed
- Expertise in Toast Point of Sale System
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to easily understand and respond to guests needs and requirements
- Experience learning and selling bespoke cocktail programs
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Gracious and positive attitude
Compensation: Hourly ($17.50 - $35.00) plus tips
