In keeping with Chef Michael Tusks cuisine, Cotogna showcases the best of Italian viticulture with an emphasis on organic, small scale wines true to their terroir.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

• Previous fine dining restaurant experience preferred with enthusiasm to learn and ambition to grow
• Food Handlers certification
• Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly and safely
• Must be able to work standing or walking for 8 hours
• Must be able to move 50 pounds at time
• Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
