Host

We are seeking Full-Time and Part-time Host positions in downtown Tampa. FREE PARKING. Job requires individuals who will welcome and engage in our guests with a positive, upbeat, enthusiastic personality while keeping things organized and clean. Exceptional service to every guest, with every visit while understanding the importance of pleasing guests and teammates.

Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Greets guests as soon as they walk through the door.
Responsible for answering the phone and making scheduled reservations.
Provides guest with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods.
Rotates seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for wait staff.
Maintains a neat, organized front of house environment.
Ability to learn, comprehend and describe menu and food items.
Keeps menus organized and at the ready for guests and servers
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience: Prefer minimum one year in hospitality industry.

Skills: Must be an efficient, detail-oriented team player. Effectively be able to communicate on a face-to-face basis, with a friendly and approachable manner, must have basic phone and computer skills. Able to handle high volume seating in a professional manner.

Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity needed to complete repetitive motions. Ability to: bend, twist, stoop to retrieve from lower shelves; and the ability to reach or climb to retrieve inventory.

Work Schedule:
Open 6 days a week
Tuesday - Sunday
Evenings, weekends and Holidays
