• Operate the register & promote The Stand App
• Run food, portion sauces, bake cookies
• Maintain cleanliness & food safety standards

• Tip pool participation ($3 - $5/hr avg on top of base!)

About Us: The Stand is a fast-casual restaurant redefining American Classics, with 20+ locations and growing fast. Join a company where passion, hospitality, and opportunity come together! Qualifications:

• Create a fun, welcoming vibe behind the bar
• Must be 21+ and able to serve alcohol (per CA law)
• Positive attitude and guest-first mindset
• 1+ year of bartending experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Greet & engage with guests at the bar
• Prepare beverages for bar and dining room
• Serve food and drinks in the bar area
• Promote our Stand App
• Manage bar inventory & maintain cleanliness
• Check ID for alcohol service compliance
• Follow all cash handling procedures

• Full-time and part-time hours available
• Must be available nights, weekends & some holidays

• $15.50 - $18.00/hr + tips
