Temporary Receptionist Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Type: Temporary (ASAP coverage for unexpected leave) Start Date: Immediate upon offer acceptance Role Summary: We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to provide high-level administrative support during a temporary leave. This individual will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner Answer and route incoming calls via telephone or switchboard Manage incoming and outgoing packages via couriers Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes/badges Schedule and maintain boardroom bookings and equipment Perform general clerical duties including typing, filing, photocopying, binding, and preparing mailers Provide additional administrative support as needed Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time independently High attention to detail and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
