The Roadhouse Diner is the best burger joint around and were looking for a wicked-experienced full-time COOK who can maintain our high level of fresh delicious and local food while maintaining cleanliness standards and add to our dream team that keeps us on top! The Roadhouse employees are friendly, respectful and we all work most shifts with each other no drama here just people who enjoy making customers happy with food and great service, and were looking for someone who will fit in to that philosophy.

COOK, experienced, position does require previous restaurant experience. Job Title: Experienced CookLocation: Roadhouse DinerResponsibilities:Prepare and cook Roadhouse menu items to company standards.Ensure all dishes are presented in a timely, appealing, and consistent manner.Manage kitchen prep, portion control, and proper storage of ingredients.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.Assist with inventory management and receiving supplies.Adapt to high-volume and fast-paced service requirements.Requirements:Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a diner, Roadhouse by, or similar high-volume setting.Deep knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and classic American diner fare.Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.Excellent time management and communication skills.Availability to work Monday-Saturday 36+ hoursServSafe or similar food handling certification is preferred.The ideal candidate is dedicated to quality, passionate about classic diner cooking, and brings a positive, team-focused attitude.
