Our Small Hotel is Hiring a Front Desk Associate
Part-Time 3-4 shifts per week | Friendly Work Environment

Were a small, family-run hotel in Morro Bay looking for a reliable self-driven Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, have a positive attitude, and want to work in a peaceful coastal setting, wed love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out in a happy, welcoming, and positive manner
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to emails
- Provide local recommendations and ensure a positive guest experience
- Handle basic billing and POS transactions
- Light administrative tasks and occasional help with housekeeping

Qualifications:
- Must Live in Morro Bay, Los Osos, or the surrounding area
- Strong self-driven work ethic and attention to detail
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge (email, reservation systems, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Schedule & Pay:
- Shifts available mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Part-time 3-4 shifts
- Free meal per shift
