Receptionist
Store Support Center
We are searching for an experienced Receptionist for our Store Support Center located at 600 Citadel Drive, Commerce, CA, 90040.
SUMMARY The Receptionist receives vendors, applicants, and guests at the Store Support Center, determines nature of business, and directs callers to their destination. The Receptionist is also responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned or required.
- Professionally administers all incoming calls and ensures phone calls are redirected appropriately
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website, and other related information.
- Greets visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
- Provides back-up support for customer relations communications
- Receives and logs packages, and distributes as appropriate
- Performs a variety of duties as required, including e-mail and mail correspondence, preparing and distributing reports and other documents
- Performs other Operations Support functions as directed.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One or more years in a customer facing environment or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail Management Certificate is a plus.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred.
- Must be able to operate the software for the reception desk phone system.
COMPENSATION: The hourly range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. The actual starting pay will be determined by a number of qualifications; including, experience and relevant skills.
