Full-Time Housekeeper - Dual-Residence Support | Mercer Island Area, WA (LOCALS ONLY) $30-$40+/hour DOE | 401k | Long-Term Opportunity A kind, professional couple is seeking a dedicated, full-time Housekeeper to support both their private residence and a nearby family home (parents' residence) in the Mercer Island / Seward Park / Lake Washington area. This is a replacement position for their long-time Housekeeper of 15 years, who is retiring. Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Two days per week at the principal couple's residence Two days per week at the parents' residence Primary Responsibilities: Full-charge housekeeping and deep cleaning Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe upkeep Careful dusting of valuables, fine surfaces, glass, and crystal Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries Water indoor plants Coordinate with existing window service (quarterly) Maintain cleanliness without micromanagement Household Details: Square footage and bedroom/bathroom count: TBD Principals travel frequently with their small Italian Greyhound (parents have a cat) Residences contain high-end finishes and items of value Ideal Candidate Qualities: Independent, proactive, and self-managing Highly trustworthy, loyal, and reliable Attentive to detail and respectful of privacy Fluent in English with excellent communication Non-smoker (no smoking permitted in or around the home) Comfortable in and respectful of an LGBTQ+ household Has reliable transportation and a strong local work history Requirements: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in private households Strong references, including long-term placements Valid driver's license and clean background Must be local to the greater Seattle area (relocation not preferred) Compensation: $30-$40+/hour DOE 401k Long-term role with kind and respectful employers To Apply: Please submit your resume, references, and a brief statement of interest .
