Love a mic in your hand, music in the background, and a room full of people having a blast? Then we want YOU to host with BIG Hat Entertainment, the Valley's go-to crew for live trivia, music video bingo, and more high-energy event nights! The Role: We're looking for charismatic, reliable, and outgoing Event Hosts to lead our weekly events at bars and restaurants across the Phoenix metro area (Tempe, Gilbert, Glendale, Downtown Phoenix, and beyond). What You'll Do: Host and run weekly trivia nights, music bingo, karaoke and other game events Engage with teams, read questions clearly, and keep energy high Set up and tear down equipment (lights, speaker, laptop, foam hats, etc.) Represent the BIG Hat brand with enthusiasm, confidence, and professionalism Occasionally hand out prizes, hype up the crowd, or even throw in a joke or two We're Looking For: Strong public speaking or performance background (or just big stage presence) Reliable transportation to and from venues Comfort with basic tech: laptop, microphone, Bluetooth speaker Bonus if you have experience with trivia, improv, comedy, bartending, or live events Must be 21+ (most events take place in bar/restaurant settings) Schedule & Pay: Part-time / evenings (events typically 1.5-2 hours, plus setup/teardown) Flexible schedule work 1 to 4 events per week $50-$100 per event, depending on type of event (paid every Friday) Tips and performance bonuses possible All training and equipment provided Why BIG Hat?
