As a full-time dining staff associate, you support the daily food service operations for our residents. This role is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a full-service dining room. The ideal candidate has a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing a positive dining experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and cook daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for residents in accordance with the weekly menu plan
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Set up and break down food service areas, including prep stations, serving lines, and dining tables
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests when necessary
  • Collaborate with other kitchen and house staff to ensure smooth meal service
  • Follow proper food storage procedures and ensure food is labeled and dated correctly
  • Provide friendly and respectful service to all residents and guests

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
