Job Summary
The Gondola Concierge is responsible for providing professional and customer - focused service, ensuring memorable guest experiences. The Gondola Concierge will work closely with the Recreation & Leisure team to ensure One&Only service standards exceed guest expectations. The y will assist guest s in loading and unloading equipment onto the gondola. They will also act as liaison s when the guest arrives and departs from the ski lodge, providing up-to-date information and directions .
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Transport s guest s ski and snowboard equipment from the rental shop and storage to the snow
Load s and unload s ski and snowboard equipment on and off the gondola
Provide s guest s with directions from the gondola to main locations such as ski lifts, ski school , and guest services
Be knowledgeable about current ski conditions and other resort activities/ amenities to properly answer any guest questions
Properly store s guest and owner equipment at the end of the day
Act s as an ambassador to the public, providing information on One&Only offerings
Continuously collect feedback from guests and report it back to the Management
A ssist s with any other duties as required by Recreation & Leisure management or other member s of the hotel management team

Skills, Experience , & Educational Requirements
Previous guest service experience
Knowledge of Big Sky Resort terrain and offerings preferred
Workplace training from within a high - standard hotel environment
Experience in 5*, upmarket resort would be an advantage but not a requirement
Excellent c ommunication skills
