Manufacturing Parts Cleaner

As a Parts Cleaner/Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our production equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing, cleaning, and sanitizing stainless steel tooling and equipment using established practices and procedures.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the washroom by sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash containers.
• Following all safety procedures for using chemical cleaners and equipment.
• Reporting any needed repairs in the washroom area to the manager or maintenance team.
• Keeping the washroom area and equipment clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment, machine tooling, and sanitation processes.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate safety labels on chemical containers.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to stand, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch for up to 8 hours.
• Capable of lifting and moving 50-75 pounds (with assistance, when required).
