Sanitation Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Worker to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our conveyor and production machines. The role involves utilizing a pressure washer and sanitation products to maintain a clean production area. Responsibilities Sanitize conveyor and production machines using appropriate cleaning products. Operate a pressure washer for effective cleaning. Handle chemical cleaning agents safely and efficiently. Work flexible shifts, including graveyard and weekends, as needed. Perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks. Lift up to 40 pounds regularly. Work in extreme temperature environments, both hot and cold. Undergo fit testing for half mask usage. Essential Skills Previous experience in sanitation, preferably in a food production setting. Ability to work a graveyard shift and flexible schedule. English comprehension is essential for this role. Experience with janitorial duties and heavy cleaning tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in food production sanitation. Experience using sanitation solutions and pressure washers. Work Environment Work in a peach food production environment where cleanliness and hygiene are prioritized. Protective attire is required, including a sanitation smock, hair net, beard net (if needed), bump cap, and non-slip shoes. Shifts are primarily on the 3rd shift (8pm-4:30am during peak season). Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Clovis, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
