What Youll Do

• Provide exceptional guest service

• Have great communication , organizational and time management skills

• A passion and love for the art of and craft of coffee and cocktails

• Provide excellent customer service to cafe and bar patrons

• Prepare and serve high quality coffee and espresso drinks during the day and then transition to a bar setting

• Make blended drinks, tea beverages, and other cocktail drinks

• Provide customers with product details and make recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area

• Stock, inventory, and replenish cafe supplies

• Operate cafe equipment like espresso machines safely

• Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• 2 + years of prior barista experience

• Understanding of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and espresso machines

• Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques

• Customer service oriented with good communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to quality and presentation of drinks

• Enthusiasm for coffee, specialty beverages, and hospitality
