The Opportunity:
Under the direction of the Property Manager and in collaboration with the team, the Concierge staff will work together to provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and guests of First Place. Responsibilities include monitoring security, receiving packages, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Your Team:

• Core Concierge Team: Comprising three full-time staff and three part-time staff for weekend coverage, along with per diem staff as needed.
  
• Third-Party Security: Collaborates with a reputable security company for coverage and emergency situations.
  
• Support Teams: Various departments, including Finance, HR, Marketing, and Community Life, work behind the scenes to assist all staff.

Who You Are:
You have a passion for providing excellent customer service. Experience working with neurodiverse populations, particularly in promoting independent living skills, is a plus. You thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, organized, proactive, and resourceful.

What Youll Do:

• Monitor activities and perform duties at the front desk, ensuring the security of the main entrance.
  
• Grant access to the building for residents and guests.
  
• Respond to inquiries and assist residents as needed.

Appearance Standards:
Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance consistent with business-casual standards. Specific guidelines include:

• No visible tattoos or piercings; no unusual hair colors.
  
• Neat grooming and personal hygiene.
  
• Appropriate business-casual attire (no jeans with holes or beachwear).
  
• Certain employees may be required to wear a First Place AZ polo or authorized T-shirt.
