to pour.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and service-focused part-time Bartender/Server to join our
front-of-house team. This hybrid role requires strong beverage knowledge, excellent tableside
service skills, and a refined sense of hospitality to match the standard of our guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, sake, tea, and other beverages in accordance
with our menu and style.
Provide knowledgeable and attentive table service, including explaining menu items and
making thoughtful recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service stations.
Execute drink orders swiftly and consistently during service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns promptly.
Maintain inventory and assist with bar prep and restocking as needed.
Handle payments accurately using POS systems.
Collaborate with the host and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a bartender or server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, sake, and tea; Japanese beverage experience a plus.
Ability to memorize ingredients and confidently explain dishes and drink pairings.
Poised, personable, and attentive under pressure.
Must be 21+ with valid CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification.
Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
