To provide support to Room Attendants to include but not limited to linen and terry replenishment, garbage removal, and assistance in obtaining necessary supplies in order to effectively clean guest rooms. Maintain guest room hallways and elevators in a clean and well-maintained manner. Maintain clean and well organized service hallways and ice machine landings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Room Attendants have an adequate supply of terry and linen to include towels, sheets, and pillowcases. Maintain well-stocked carts.
• Ensure that soiled linen is removed from Room Attendant carts in a timely manner and that carts remain clean and free of debris.
• Ensure that garbage is removed from Room Attendant carts in a timely manner and that carts remain clean and free of debris.
• Ensure that hallways are clean, well vacuumed, and free of debris.
• Notify supervisor immediately of all Engineering needs and/or excessive room service trays on the floors.
• Consistently adhere to all resort policy and procedure
• Consistently meet and greet all guests and provide exceptional guest service in handling all requests. Use guest name whenever possible.
• Never say No. You must find a way to satisfy the guest need at all times.
• Move furniture for Room Attendants as required.
• Assist Special Project House person when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Deliver and remove roll always and cribs as requested
• Clean and deliver refrigerators and other small appliances as needed
• Support Supervisor and Manager as required in completion of all checklists and special projects.
• Any and all reasonable requests of management

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Flexibility under pressure
• Have basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic knowledge to receive instructions in English
