Jersey Mike's in Midlothian/Chesterfield is looking for Crew Members! Are you a top performer amongst your peers?

Compensation/Benefits:

• No Less than $16 per hour which include base hourly pay + average tips (based off recent compensation of current employees)
• Free regular size sub sandwich plus free drink refills each shift

• Paid Training in our own Training Facility.

Job Requirements:

• The primary requirement of a Jersey Mike's employee is commitment to company goals
• Create food consistent with Jersey Mike's high quality standards
• Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others while upholding VA food safety standards
• Ability to multitask and work with a Sense of Urgency
• Interact with customers and provide an exceptional experience
• Full understanding of the terms accountability and integrity
• Participate in our Training Program, typically Wednesday and Thursday evening from 5:30pm-8:30pm or specific Satrudays 9am-3pm (Training Center is in the back of our Jersey Mike's located at 11413 Midlothian Turnpike)

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be hardworking, trustworthy and reliable
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Able to work flexible hours (but can be full or part-time.)

• Demonstrate excellent menu and product knowledge
• Desire to improve self and skill sets
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and have an awesome personality
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer

Physical Demands:

• Capability to stand for long periods of time on hard surfaces
• Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
• Frequent, repetitive motion of shoulder and elbow to operate the slicer (if 18 and older only)
• Be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
