What you will be doing At Your Agents in the Communication Center will be the heartbeat for the hotel and is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing communications courteously, while maintaining a positive and professional image. Also responsible for receiving all guest requests and entering them into our Guest Request Database. Answer and process all incoming/outgoing guest and in-house calls. Check bulletin board and logbooks for all pertinent information. Forward messages and faxes as needed to guests and various departments. Responsible for radio communications between security, engineering, and MOD in emergency and non-emergency situations. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to converse in Basic English. Able to be on your feet for long periods of time. Excellent people skills. Must meet grooming standards. Meet/exceed customer expectations. Computer experience required. Enter requests into the database and follow up with guests to ensure the request is satisfied.
