Position Details:
Client: Medical Devices Company
Position Title: Receptionist/Basic Office Services
Duration: 06 months (Possible extension)
Location : Alameda, CA 94502
Pay Range: $25/hr to $28/hr

Must Haves:

  • Must possess strong vocabulary skills and demonstrate professional communication abilities.
  • Ability to interact professionally with visitors and employees across Client's Diabetes Care.
  • Recognizes the importance of their role as the 'face' of Client's Diabetes Care.
  • Capability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Professional and presentable appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Effective multitasking and task prioritization skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive within a 1-mile radius of the campus as needed.
