Position Details:
Client: Medical Devices Company
Position Title: Receptionist/Basic Office Services
Duration: 06 months (Possible extension)
Location : Alameda, CA 94502
Pay Range: $25/hr to $28/hr
Must Haves:
- Must possess strong vocabulary skills and demonstrate professional communication abilities.
- Ability to interact professionally with visitors and employees across Client's Diabetes Care.
- Recognizes the importance of their role as the 'face' of Client's Diabetes Care.
- Capability to stay calm under pressure.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Professional and presentable appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Effective multitasking and task prioritization skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive within a 1-mile radius of the campus as needed.
