Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely set up of kitchen areas for lunch and dinner service as directed
- Pays attention to detail of Expo set up, replenishes Mise en Place on a regular basis and as directed
- Supports service staff in executing proper sequence of service while moving with purpose, confidence and speed at all times
- Anticipates business flows and needs and proactively sets up back stocks to minimize outages and service disruptions
- Works diligently with service and kitchen team and communicates effectively with other support staff to maintain high level of guest experience throughout service
- Performs additional tasks as requested such as bussing and kitchen support
- Maintains station cleanliness and sanitation standards in both FOH and BOH
- Completes set-up, side work and closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely manner
- Seeks approval Server or MOD prior to dismissal
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (must have flexible schedule).
- Commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- General knowledge and enthusiasm for craft distilling and spirits
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Works outdoors/indoors
- Works in warm/cold climates
- Works in high places
- Works on wet surfaces
- Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals
- Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic
- Must be able to move up to 55 lbs

$9.60 - $13.82This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
