Banquet Server (Seasonal)

Schedule

Approximately 20-25 hours working 3-5 shifts per week. Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are available. Includes late nights and early mornings. This seasonal position starts in September and ends on January 2. Year-round employment may be available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly
• Aides in preparations and sets tables in accordance with banquet event order prior to events
• Provide food and beverage service during the events
• Assists in maintaining buffet stations throughout the events
• Carries trays of plated meals to serve to guests
• Collects used dishes and glasses from tables and other public area
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner
