Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in a commercial building. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, orderly, and safe for employees, tenants, and visitors.

Pay: $17.60 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: Work Days (Monday - Friday) Hours Available ( 3rd Shift 8:30pm - 5am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Lock and unlock doors as required
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Indoor commercial building setting
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment
• May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
