Position Overview:
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of your designated station (e.g., grill, saute, pastry).
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurants standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and interns.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
