Shift Pattern: Varies
Salary: $27.00/hr
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a cook and 1 year in a lead or supervisory position, the ability to work a varied schedule, excellent communication skills, a team player mentality, and a proactive style of working. Previous hotel banquet experience is highly desired.

A Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing, seasoning, cooking and testing food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their culinary career!
What will I be doing?
As Chef de Partie , you would be responsible for preparing, seasoning, cooking and testing food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Prepare, season, cook and test food items for consumption in food and beverage outlets including banquets and breakfast service
Supervise line cooks within the department
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation standards
Train, schedule and assign work and assist with evaluations of team members
Ensure banquet orders are complete, up to standards and executed in a timely manner for events
