**About the Role**
In this role, youll support business transformation projects by coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and resolving open issues across field and support functions. Youll play a key role in ensuring project alignment, communication, and execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
**What Youll Do**
+ Support the Business Transformation Director with project coordination and execution
+ Schedule and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams
+ Track project status and follow up on open issues
+ Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
+ Maintain project documentation and workflows (SharePoint knowledge a plus)
+ Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and leadership
+ Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work independently

+ Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
**Required Qualifications:**

+ Familiarity with SharePoint and workflow tools is a plus

**Pay Details:** $54.00 per hour
