Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and kitchen guidelines with attention to detail. Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Work in a fast-paced environment, producing high-quality dishes consistently. Qualifications Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing demands. Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional food to our guests. Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays Stand and move for the duration of shift. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work near hot surfaces and open flames. Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Perform repetitive motions (chopping, stirring).
