Wash dishes, pots, pans, and glassware by hand and using automated equipment.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment throughout the kitchen.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and tools.
Remove trash and debris from all kitchen areas.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of kitchen supplies.
Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a hot and humid environment.
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
