We are hiring immediately for a crew position. Gellert Hospitality Group is a proud Five Guys franchisee seeking exceptional talent to join our team. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service then we want to hear from you. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other Team Members in a creative, supportive, fun, fast-paced environment, rich with teamwork and positivity. Previous food handling experience is not required. Must be able to work various shifts per week.

For new hires, our starting rate includes:

* Base rate: $18.00 an hour

* Avg Tips: $3.50 an hour

* Avg Bonus: $.50 an hour

* Avg Total: $22.00 an hour

Initially, new hires should expect to receive 30 hours a week. After training, Team Members will get up to 40 hours a week. The schedule breakdown is:

* 8 hour shift

* Day shift

* Holidays

* Night shift

* Weekends

We will also provide you with all the necessary training, which may include the following responsibilities:

* Taking orders,

* Preparing / cooking food,

* Cleaning tasks,

* Following brand standards,

* And practicing food safety procedures.
