The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, common areas, and hotel facilities. Housekeepers play a vital role in ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for our guests by upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guestroom amenities. Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and surfaces. Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. Remove trash and recyclables from rooms and designated areas. Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or needed repairs to the appropriate department. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or special accommodations. Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized and stocked manner. Follow hotel safety and security guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Qualifications & Skills: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management skills and ability to meet cleaning deadlines. Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Friendly and professional attitude toward guests and team members. Work Schedule: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Shifts may vary based on hotel occupancy and operational needs.
