Waxwing Bakery hiring Part Time Counter Server

Waxwing Bakery is a new bakery in Windham that specializes in Sourdough Breads, Laminated Pastries and breakfast pastries. We happily serve Tandem Coffee and MEM teas.

We're looking for somebody who has excellent customer service skills, an ability to stay calm, organized and hospitable during busy morning rushes. Prior barista experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

Shifts for this position are Saturday and Sunday 6:30 am - 3 pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting guests in their orders
- Making coffee & tea drinks
- Maintaining Counter & Dining Room Cleanliness
- Assisting with light prep and dishes
- Having an intimate knowledge of our offerings

Job Requirements:
- Available Friday and Saturday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Prior Bakery, Cafe, or Restaurant Experience
- Eligible to work in the State of Maine
