Job Details Junior is a new restaurant from the team behind award-winning Rolf and Daughters and Folka space where classic fine dining meets playful creativity. Our kitchen draws inspiration from Basque grilling and French technique, always led by the seasons and the best our local farmers and fishmongers have to offer.
Were looking for a pastry cook who is passionate about thoughtful cooking and energized by the opportunity to build something special from day one.

Why Junior?
Youll be joining the opening team of an intimate, design-forward restaurantaround 50 seats, warm and elegant, with deep red leather banquettes, lacquered wood, hi-fi sound, and soft lighting. Our menu reflects restraint and imagination. Our wine and cocktail program favors minimal-intervention producers and classic profiles with unexpected twists.
