Were hiring a full-time daytime bartender to join our team at Allswell, a lively and welcoming gastropub in Waterside.

What Were Looking For:

Experienced, professional bartender with strong daytime availability

Comfortable making craft cocktails and working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Personable and efficient with a great memory and a positive attitude

Able to handle bar service as well as service well tickets

Responsibilities:

Prepare a wide range of cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive service to guests and staff

Assist in opening/closing duties, prep, and inventory as needed

Requirements:

Prior bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player

Full-time daytime availability (weekends included)
