We are seeking dedicated individuals with a passion for serving others to join our team at the Midwest's Best Getaway. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a stunning 300-acre property featuring an on-site restaurant, an incredible organic garden, and extensive hiking trails. Located in a peaceful rural setting, just 15 minutes east of Chetek, WI, we specialize in providing serene, relaxing, and romantic getaways for our guests, always striving to exceed their expectations. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, custodial services, and housekeeping management. Responsibilities - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards - Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies - Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances - Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience Skills - Experience in hotel or industrial cleaning is a plus - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery - Good physical health and stamina - Strong attention to detail - Excellent time management skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Shift: 8 hour shift Day shift Application Question(s): Are you available to work weekends?
