Location : Framingham, MA 01701 Reliable transportation required HVAC Technician HVAC Technician EPA Certification is not required, however a plus! Free Parking onsite Possibility of extension There will be driving required for this role in company vehicle, for transportation of parts. Within the 1-mile campus. Valid license is required.

Job Responsibilities:

HVAC Technician

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.

Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.

Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms.

Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation.

Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues.

Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.

Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.

Minimum education: HS Diploma

Skills:

2+ years in dedicated experience in commercial HVAC role

Previous experience: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.

Experience with (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.

Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation

Education/Experience:

Minimum education: HS Diploma

GMP is plus

Any additional licenses or trade certs or licenses a plus
