We are seeking a dynamic Team Member to contribute to our mission of promoting a healthy lifestyle through our delicious smoothies and acai bowls. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve smoothies and acai bowls according to OAKBERRY CA's Guidelines. Greet customers warmly, providing a friendly environment. Educate customers on the health benefits of our products and address any inquiries. Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary. Receive and check orders from vendors. Operate the card register. Operate the electric, music, light, etc systems - make sure the store set-up is aligned with OAKBERRY CA's Guidelines to provide a great experience to our customers. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper food and equipment handling. Assist with opening and closing duties as required. Stay informed about all menu items and ingredients to accommodate customer preferences and dietary restrictions. Uphold the highest quality and presentation standards for food and beverage items. Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, work surfaces, and utensils to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Qualification: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently. Previous experience in customer service or food service (preferred). Basic math skills (preferred). Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities. Passion for healthy eating and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Willingness to learn and stay updated on company policies, procedures, and standards. Ability to ensure that all food and beverage items are made to the highest quality and presentation standards. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy. Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills. Must be comfortable working independently and self-sufficiently. Comfortable working in a standing position for extended periods. Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
