Reverie Hospitality Part-Time Housekeeper (with Light Outdoor Duties) Sign in to apply Dripping Springs, TX Sign in to apply Job Title: Part-Time Housekeeper (with Light Outdoor Duties) Location: The Liney Moon - Dripping Springs, TX Compensation: Approximately $20/hour based on experience Overview of Role: The Liney Moon is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented part-time Housekeeper/Groundskeeper to help ensure our unique property remains spotless and welcoming for every guest. This hybrid role includes cleaning guest rooms and common areas, as well as maintaining the overall appearance of the property through regular outdoor walks and light groundskeeping duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, hardworking, and comfortable working independently in both indoor and outdoor environments. This is a part-time position with an estimated ~20 hours per week on average, though weekly hours may vary based on the seasonality of short-term rental demand. Some weeks may be lighter or heavier depending on guest turnover. Over time, there may be opportunities for additional hours as needs grow. This role is best suited for someone with flexibility and realistic expectations for part-time scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping Duties Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms for check-ins (mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, replenishing amenities) Refresh occupied rooms as needed Clean indoor and outdoor common areas, including the event hall, lounge, bathrooms, pool bar, and plaza Handle laundry for company and pool linens (washing, drying, folding, storing) Maintain and organize housekeeping supplies, monitor usage, and receive deliveries Groundskeeping Duties Perform daily property walks to ensure grounds and common areas are tidy, safe, and guest-ready Remove trash and debris from outdoor spaces maintenance needs or safety concerns to management Assist with simple outdoor upkeep tasks as needed (i.e. sweeping pathways, restocking supplies in outdoor common areas) What We're Looking For: Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning services. Basic maintenance preferred but not necessary Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently Comfortable with indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Able to work a flexible, part-time schedule (primarily weekends and some weekdays depending on guest turnover) Good communication skills; friendly and professional when interacting with guests or team members Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, walking, and standing for long periods Requirements: Authorized to work in the U.S. Availability to work part-time, including weekends and holidays Reliable transportation to The Liney Moon in Dripping Springs, TX Basic English proficiency required; bilingual a plus.
