Our stafffrom CNAs to kitchen creware praised for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and passionate Dietary Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in preparing nutritious and appealing meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements. Ensure food is cooked and stored at proper temperatures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas. Follow portion control guidelines and food safety standards. Collaborate with dietary aides and nursing staff to accommodate special diets. Assist with inventory and ordering of food supplies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living kitchen preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus). 3 years experience in nursing facility Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines.
