Greeter Job Details: Schedule: M-F 9:00a - 5:30p and Saturdays 9a-1p Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour ($21.50 once permanent) Selling Points about Greeter Role: Competitive Pay Set Schedule Wellness program offered through PeopleShare after 30 days Greeter Job Description: Greet and provide information to citizens daily. Assist cashiers with resolving customer issues and/or concerns. Perform research of citizen's plates/tickets. Forward escalation situations on behalf of citizens to the walk-in center management team. Provide visitors with directions and any information they require Able to perform responsibilities efficiently and effectively. Greeter Job Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communications skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume area.
