Discrete Part-Time Housekeeper

Private Family in Richmond, VA, Seeking a Part- Time Housekeeper. Position: Part-Time Housekeeper Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:30AM-3PM. They will guarantee 20 hours a week. Salary: $50/hour ($1,000/week) , 2 weeks PTO, 3 sick days, major holidays off. Start Date: ASAP About the Family A warm and welcoming private family located in Richmond, VA is looking to hire a dedicated, discrete, and professional Housekeeper to join their household. They value discretion, reliability, and someone who will be a long-term fit. They are looking for someone to provide a consistent schedule, routine deep cleaning, routine housekeeping, care of linens. The Mrs of the home will maintain the care of the laundry. Children: 3 kids- 19yrs, 17yrs, and 14yrs. 1 is away at college. Home Size: 10,000 sq ft Pets: 2 friendly dogs. Bernedoodle, Goldendoodle Responsibilities Routine daily housekeeping- Wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, starting the laundry Routine deep cleaning- Wiping baseboards, windows, etc. Ideal Candidate & Personality The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and confident in their skills. The candidate will be someone who can be in the home discretely. The Mrs works from the home and would like to maintain some privacy. Someone skilled working in a similar home is favored. Preference given to a candidate who is looking for a long-term position. Candidate will also oversee watering plants. The Mrs is happy to show you the schedule for this care. They are basic and easy plants that need routine water. No pet care. Candidate will do other basic tasks such as bring in recycles/trash can, bring in packages, mail, drop off dry cleaning and pick up. They should be naturally nurturing, have a positive attitude, and take pride in maintaining a structured, clean, and peaceful environment. Strong communication skills, and a calm demeanor are essential. This family is seeking someone who is looking for long-term placement and will become a valued part of their household.
