Position: Luxury Hotel Concierge
Salary Range: $30.98 - $41.31 per hour
Schedule: Primarily PM Shifts | Regular Days Off: Monday & Tuesday

Schedule: Primarily evening (PM) shifts
Days Off: Monday and Tuesday
Compensation: $30.98 - $41.31/hour, based on experience
What You'll Do
Greet and engage guests, residents, or clients with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness
Respond promptly to requests for reservations, transportation, events, and personalized experiences
Offer tailored, insider recommendations from standout local eats to under-the-radar art galleries
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks with discretion, speed, and accuracy
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
Support daily operations including guest logistics, amenity bookings, package handling, and special projects
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and polished lobby or front-of-house environment
What You Bring
At least 1 year of experience in concierge, guest services, or luxury client support
A genuine passion for hospitality and personalized service
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Strong familiarity with local dining, culture, and entertainmentor an eagerness to learn
Proficiency with booking platforms, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
