Description: Prepare, portion, and cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian appetizers/food such as: Vegetable Samosas, Paneer Pakora, Aloo Papri Chaat, Pani Puri Chaat, Samosa Chaat, Dahi Poori, Paneer Kathi Roll, Chicken Kathi Roll, Chicken 65, Amritsari fish, Tandoori mixed grill, Reshmi Kebab, Malai Kebab, Dal Tadka, Bhindi Masala, Aloo Gobi, Baingan Bharta, Malai Kofta, Palak Paneer, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Makhani, Nilgiri Chicken, Lamb/Chicken Vindaloo, Biryanis, Naan, Roti, Kulcha, Paratha, and various desserts. Provide excellent customer service while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. Setup, label, and stock station with necessary Indian spices/supplies/inventory. Clean up kitchen and properly handle leftover foods. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures. Ensure the proper rotation, labeling, and dating of all products. Conduct inventory bi-weekly in a team effort.MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS: 1 year of relevant experience in job offered or as an Indian Cook, Cook (Indian Cuisine), Indian Chef or related. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable. Knowledge of Indian cuisine required.
